摘要 研究设计了一种能够利用北斗卫星导航系统实时定位,进而自动移动至目标坐标(即放样点),使用车身搭载的工具标记地面进行打点,完成施工放样的智能小车。该小车借助Android平台由手机APP操作控制,通过WiFi传输数据,利用北斗定位模块接收基准站播发的差分信号并实时定位,其最终放样精度可以达到1cm^2cm。由于北斗卫星导航系统受极端天气的影响小,小车可实现全气候自主定位,相较于传统施工放样技术,能够大大减少人力消耗,缩短施工周期,提高工程经济效益。 A smart car that uses the Beidou navigation system for real-time positioning and setting out is designed.It can automatically move to the target coordinates(ie,setting out points),and use the tools carried by the body to mark the ground and complete lofting.The car is controlled by APP operation through the Android platform,and realizes data transmission through the serial port to WiFi module.The Beidou navigation module can receive the differential signal broadcasted by the base station for real-time positioning,so that the final precision of the car can reach 1-2 cm.Because the Beidou satellite navigation system can ignore the influence of extreme weather,the car can realize automatic climate localization.Compared with the traditional construction lofting technology,it can greatly reduces the manpower consumption,shortens the construction period and improves the economic benefits of the project.
