摘要
针对SCR烟气脱硝尿素热解系统电加热器能耗高、运行成本大的弊端,提出1种采用高温烟气换热器代替电加热器的方法。以国内某台1000MW超超临界机组为例,通过试验分析了烟气温度、烟气流量、尿素消耗量对高温烟气换热器的影响,提出了高温烟气换热器的控制策略。试验表明,采用烟气换热器可大幅降低电厂用电量,节约运行费用,经济效益明显。
Aiming at the disadvantages of high power consumption and high operating cost of electric heaters in urea pyrogenation system,the measure of using high temperature flue gas-air exchanger in place of electric heater is proposed in this paper.Taking a domestic 1000 MW ultra-supercritical unit as an example,the influence of the inlet gas temperature,the inlet gas flow and the consumption of urea for flue gas exchanger are also studied.Then the control strategies of the exchanger are analyzed.Tests show that the use of high temperature flue gas-air heat exchangers can greatly reduce power consumption and operating costs of power plants with obvious economic benefits.
