摘要
针对因舱底泵全寿期振动特性掌握不够准确,致使修理过程中振动噪声难以控制,从而缺乏运动副不同间隙等边界条件下机械系统动力学模型的问题,以双缸双作用往复式舱底泵为研究对象,建立舱底泵传动装置运动学、动力学和整机振动特性计算模型,研究了舱底泵整机正常运转与曲轴颈和连杆运动副存在磨损故障下的振动特性,并进行了实验验证。结果表明:在曲轴颈和连杆运动副存在0.5mm磨损间隙时,振动线谱在低频6.032Hz处存在显著峰值,此特征可以作为判断曲轴颈和连杆运动副磨损故障的特征。
Aiming at the problems concerning kinetic model of the mechanical system under boundary conditions,such as the inaccuracy of vibration characteristics of the bilge pump,the uncontrollability of vibration and noise in the equipment repair process and the lack of various motion gaps of the crankshaft connecting rod.The kinematics,dynamics and vibration characteristics of the pump drive are established and the experimental results verified.The results show that there is a significant peak at the low frequency 6.032 Hz when the wear gap of the crankshaft connecting rod reaches 0.5 mm,which can be reckoned as the characteristic whereby to judge the wear failure of the crank connecting rod.
