摘要
容积泵具有自吸能力,无须灌泵,操作方便,在机动输液装备中大量使用,在固定泵站中使用比例也呈上升趋势。不了解容积泵与离心泵的差异,极易操作错误,造成重大责任事故。本文从工作原理、性能、联合工作、流量调节及管路故障等方面详细阐述了容积泵与离心泵的差异。
Displacement pump has the ability of self priming,no need to prime,easy operation,a large number of displacement pump be used in mobile pumping equipment,the proportion of use in fixed pumping stations is on the rise.The difference between displacement pump and centrifugal pump can not be solved,easy operation error,causing major liability accidents.This paper expounds the differences between the two from the aspects of operational principle,performance,joint work,flow regulation,pipeline failure and so on.
