摘要 海上油田90%以上的油井采用电潜泵开采,单井日产量较大,日常生产管理对油井的生产时效性要求较高,一但电潜泵出现运行故障,将导致严重的产量损失。针对该问题,设计了1套海上油田电潜泵工况远程监控系统。介绍了该远程监控系统的架构、硬件及软件、数据采集及网络通信设计,客户端监控功能、监控界面。该远程监控系统实现了对机采井电潜泵及井下泵工况的实时采集、监控和分析,有效降低了电潜泵故障率,同时也提高了油田生产效率。 Electric submersible pumps are used in more than 90% of offshore oil wells for production. The daily output of a single well is large. The daily production management requires a high timeliness of oil well production. Once the electric submersible pump fails, it will lead to serious production loss. Aiming at the problem, a remote monitoring system for the working condition of the electric submersible pump in offshore oil field is designed. The system architecture, hardware and software, data acquisition and network communication design, interface function and client monitoring function design of the remote monitoring system are introduced. The remote monitoring system realizes the real-time acquisition, monitoring and analysis of the working conditions of the electric submersible pump in the mechanical production well and the underground pump, which effectively reduces the failure rate of the electric submersible pump and improves the production efficiency of the oil field.
