摘要
民办高校新教师的专业发展对民办高校的长远发展至关重要。调查结果表明,基于学术身份认同和竞争压力,民办高校新教师与公办高校新教师一样,专业发展需求强烈;与公办高校新教师科研发展需求程度明显高于教学发展需求不同的是,民办高校新教师教学发展需求程度略高于科研发展需求程度,但从"教书匠"走向研究者已成为民办高校新教师专业发展的新诉求。政府、学校为民办高校新教师增权赋能和新教师自我赋能,是满足其专业发展需求、助推其专业发展的主要策略选择。
It is found that based on the academic identity and competitive pressure,the new faculty in private colleges have the same strong demand for professional development as those in public colleges;different from the new faculty in public colleges who have higher needs for scientific research development than for teaching,the new faculty in private colleges have slightly higher needs for teaching development than scientific research development.However,the move from teachers to researchers has become a new demand for the professional development of new faculty in private colleges.To meet their development needs and promote their professional development,the government and colleges should empower new faculty,and the new faculty should self-empower.
