摘要
目的探究早期给予肠内营养(enteral nutrition,EN)对结直肠癌术后患者的疗效、免疫营养及生活质量的影响评估。方法选取2013年3月—2016年5月湖北民族学院附属民大医院收治的80例结直肠癌患者(均经病理证实),行根治术后根据营养方式的不同,分为研究组和对照组,各40例。其中研究组采用早期肠内营养的方式,而对照组则采用早期肠外营养方式,比较2组患者术后临床指标等差异。结果研究组术后排气时间、住院时间、住院费用及术后发热时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);术后1个月研究组的营养指标白蛋白及前白蛋白水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);术后1个月研究组的免疫功能指标均高于对照组患者(P<0.05);术后6个月,与研究组比较,对照组的生活质量指标评分明显下降(P<0.05)。结论早期EN对结直肠癌术后患者疗效显著,同时可提高患者的免疫及营养状况,值得临床大力推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of early EN chemotherapy on the clinical efficacy, immunal and nutritional indexes and life quality of postoperative patients with colorectal cancer. Methods To inestetigate thepatients with colorectal cancer between march 2013 and may 2016. Eighty postoperative patients with colorectal cancer were divided into the study group and control group, with 40 cases in each. The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results The exhaust time, hospitalization time, hospitalization expenses and fever time after operation in the study group were lower than those in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups. The related clinical indexes in the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than in the control group(P<0.05), so were the immunal and nutritional indexes(P<0.05) and life quality(P<0.05). Conclusion Early EN chemotherapy for postoperative patients of colorectal cancer has significant therapeutic effect, which is worthy of wider application.
