摘要
中学共青团是培养团员先进性的重要基地。随着社会的快速发展和时代的进步,中学青少年的思想和价值取向越来越丰富,也越来越复杂,中学共青团思想引领工作面临着工作模式变化跟不上时代的步伐等问题和挑战。准确把握新形势、新变化、新特点,有针对性、有实效地开展思想领域工作,是中学共青团工作者亟需认真面对和积极解决的一个重大课题。
The Communist Youth League is the assistant and the reserve force of the Communist Party. In middle schools, the Youth League serves as an important base for cultivating League members pioneering spirit. With the rapid development of the society and the progress of the times, the thoughts and value orientation of middle school students become increasingly diverse and complex. The Communist Youth League s ideological guidance work in middle schools is facing problems and challenges like failing to keep pace with the times. Under new circumstances, it is an urgent task for the workers of the Communist Youth League in middle schools to accurately comprehend the new situation, new changes and new characteristics, and to work in the field of ideology in a targeted and effective way, which is an important issue that the Communist Youth League workers in middle schools should face and try to settle.
