摘要
德育是青年发展所应关注的首要问题。传统优秀伦理文化代表着中华民族的集体意识和精神标识,其形式简明、受众广泛,易于理解且深入人心,成为民族身份认同的重要元素。“父子有亲”是传统伦理思想的发端,孝道精神有助于增强个人进德修业和民族凝聚力。“夫妇有别”五伦构建的枢纽和保障,物质与精神协调发展的理念对于导正青年家庭意识、树立正确的婚恋观具有积极意义。“君臣有义”及“朋友有信”是社会伦理的主要内容,良好的工作关系与朋友关系对于青年就业创业,更好地实现社会融入具有重要作用。五伦思想重视人类情感发展的自然规律,对于青年实现自身和谐、家庭和睦、社会和谐均具有重要借鉴意义。
Ethics should be ranked among the biggest concerns when it comes to youth development. As a symbol of the Chinese collective consciousness and spirits, the Chinese traditional ethical culture has long been considered as an essential element of ethnic identity for its immense simplicity and popularity. The father-son bond has been the source of traditional ethical thinking and the fidelity culture has helped to improve personal overall development and ethnic cohesion. The philosophy based on the bond of husband to wife, which is also the pivot of the Five Bonds philosophy, focuses equally on physical and mental development and is having positive influence on the younger generation to help them build a correct family awareness and marriage attitude. The bonds of ruler to the ruled and friend to friend make up the majority of the social ethics, and a well maintained workspace relation or friendship will have significant influence on their integration into the society. The Five Bonds philosophy has attached great importance to the natural development of human relations and thus serves as an important example for the younger generation in whether personal balance, or family and social harmony.
