摘要
浙江甬台温高速公路复线温州南塘—黄华段桥梁中分带按原规范JTJ074—944设置波形梁钢护栏的防撞等级不满足现行规范JTGD81—2006的要求,拓宽改造时应对护栏进行改造。从工程实际需求出发,以满足防撞等级要求为首要原则,综合考虑护栏的改造成本、施工便捷性、安装工艺难度、工期等因素,提出了桥梁中分带波形梁钢护栏改造方案,并通过计算机仿真模拟试验及实车足尺碰撞试验验证了它的可行性,给出了护栏改造的合理建议。
The guardrail collision grade of the corrugated sheet steel beams for road guardrail of bridge median in the Nantang-Huanghua section of Ningbo-Taizhou-Wenzhou Expressway designed according to the old specification JTJ 074-94 can not meet the requirements of the current specification JTG D81-2006,so the guardrail should be reformed while the bridge road widening and reforming.Starting from the actual demand of the project and taking the requirement of anti-collision grade as the primary principle,considering comprehensively the factors such as the cost of revamping the guardrail,the convenience of construction,the difficulty of installation technology and the construction period,the revamping scheme of the steel guardrail with corrugated beams in the bridge is put forward,and its feasibility is verified by computer simulation test and full-scale vehicle impact test,and reasonable suggestions for the transformation of guardrail are given.
