摘要 分析认为GB/T8706—2006/ISO17893:2004压实股定义中关于压实前后组股钢丝横截面积保持不变规定存在不妥:标准没有给出压实前后股中钢丝横截面积确定方法,且考虑通常压实股生产是钢丝成捻在先而对股压实减径在后和压实前组股钢丝横截面积受钢丝在股中捻角影响,使“钢丝横截面积保持不变”无法验证;“钢丝横截面积保持不变”规定使压实股金属填充系数理论上有可能超过1.0而显得不合常理;“钢丝横截面积保持不变”因没有被压实股钢丝绳技术标准引入而使其失去基础标准的权威性。在压实定义中取消“钢丝横截面积保持不变”这一约束条件应相对合适。 Analysis believes that there is an improper provision in the definition of GB/T 8706-2006/ISO17893:2004 compacted strand that the cross-sectional area of the wires group before and after compaction remains unchanged.The standard does not give a determining method for the cross-sectional area of the wire in the compacted strand,it is considered that the production of compacted strand is usually preceded by wire lay and the strand compacted diameter reducing in the rear and cross-sectional area of the strand wire before compaction is affected by the wire lay angle in the strand,so that the steel wire cross-sectional area remains unchanged can not be verified.The cross-sectional area of steel wire remains unchanged regulation makes it unreasonable that the compacted metal filling coefficient may theoretically exceed 1.0.The steel wire cross-sectional area remains unchanged has lost its authority of the basic standard because it has not been introduced by the compacted wire rope technical standard.In the definition of compaction,it should be relatively appropriate to remove the constraint that the cross-sectional area of the wire remains unchanged.
