摘要
在增大电力系统深度调峰过程中,为测试火力发电厂脱硫系统稳定性,对某电厂调峰前后脱硫系统进行水平衡测试,并对调峰后系统补水、各个工艺水用水以及系统水耗进行研究,对其影响因素进行分析。结果表明,电力深度调峰,机组负荷降低,使脱硫工艺水补水减少,转机冷却水以及滤布冲洗水水量变化较小;制浆用水及除雾器冲洗水量降低明显;脱硫系统蒸发损失占脱硫水耗的90%以上,石膏携带以及脱硫废水损失对系统总水耗影响不大。
During the progress of increasing the peak-load regulation of the power system,in order to test the stability desulfurization system in a power plant,the water balance test of the desulfurization system is carried out before and after the peaking of a power plant.The water supply of the system,the water of each process water and the water consumption of the system are analyzed after peaking,which are researched and analyzed its influencing factors.The results show that the power peak regulation and the unit load reducing make the water supply of the desulfurization process reducing,and there is a small change in water volume of cooling water of the rotating machinery and the flushing water of the filter cloth.Mist eliminator flushing water volume is significantly reduced.The evaporation loss of the desulfurization system accounts for more than 90%of the desulfurization water consumption.The loss of gypsum carrying and wastewater has little effect on the total water consumption of the system.
