摘要
目的探讨去氧孕烯炔雌醇联合戊酸雌二醇治疗青春期功血的疗效及对性激素水平的影响。方法方便选取2015年1月—2016年6月该院60例青春期功能失调性子宫出血患者为研究对象,分为2组,各30例。观察组为去氧孕烯炔雌醇联合戊酸雌二醇疗法,对照组为戊酸雌二醇疗法。比较两组患者的出血时间、完全止血时间、子宫内膜厚度、临床治疗效果及血清性激素水平。结果对照组出血时间、完全止血时间明显次于观察组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.127、2.305,P<0.05),治疗第1个疗程后,两组患者基础体温双向差异无统计学意义(χ^2=-6.327,P>0.05),对照组排卵者以及月经规律者显著少于观察组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.128、9.121,P<0.05),治疗第2个疗程后,对照组基础体温双向者、排卵者及月经规律显著少于观察组,(χ^2=9.241、9.247、9.246,P<0.05),治疗第3个疗程后,对照组基础体温双向者、排卵者及月经规律显著少于观察组(χ^2=10.234、11.217、10.725,P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者E2、LH和FSH含量差异无统计学意义(t=4.571、6.41、4.872,P>0.05)治疗后对照组患者的E2、LH和FSH含量明显优于观察组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.268、6.278、4.845,P<0.05)。结论采用去氧孕烯炔雌醇联合戊酸雌二醇治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血,临床效果较好,具有一定临床价值,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of deoxypregnene ethinylestradiol combined with estradiol valerate on adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding and on sex hormone level.Methods A total of 60 cases of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were convenient selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups of 30 cases each.The observation group was treated with deoxypregnene ethinylestradiol combined with estradiol valerate,while the control group was treated with estradiol valerate.The bleeding time,complete hemostasis time,endometrial thickness,clinical efficacy and serum sex hormone levels were compared between the two groups.Results The bleeding time and complete hemostasis time in the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group(t=3.127,2.305,P<0.05).After the first course of treatment,there was no significant difference in basal body temperature between the two groups(χ^2=6.327,P>0.05).In the control group,ovulation and menstrual regularity were significantly less than those in the observation group.There were significant differences between the two groups(χ^2=9.128,9.121,P<0.05).After the second course of treatment,the basal body temperature bidirectional,ovulatory and menstrual patterns in the control group were significantly less than those in the observation group(χ^2=9.241,9.247,9.246,P<0.05).After the third course of treatment,the basal body temperature bidirectional,ovulatory and menstrual patterns in the control group were significantly less than those in the observation group(χ^2=10.234,11.217,10.725,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of E2,LH and FSH between the two groups before treatment(t=4.571,6.41,4.872,P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of E2,LH and FSH in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group(t=4.268,6.278,4.845,P<0.05).Conclusion Deoxypregnene ethinylestradiol combined with estradiol valerate is effective in the treatment of
