摘要
考虑高渗透率分布式电源(DG)并网、DG运行的随机性、配电网的主动管理策略、孤岛运行模式以及多元负荷等对配电网安全保护的影响,基于各影响因素的时变特性,提出一种分时段自适应过流保护方案。首先,基于并网DG的故障输出特性模型,分析主动配电网中故障电流的特性,并基于该特性,定性和定量地分析各因素对保护的影响;然后,结合分布智能与集中智能,以混合分层式管理方式构建分时段自适应过流保护系统,并详细介绍了系统各部分的硬件原理和软件算法;最后,基于MATLAB软件对所提出的保护方案进行仿真分析,验证了所提方案的有效性和合理性。
Taking the following factors into account,such as the high penetration of distributed generation,the randomness of operation of DG,the active management scheme,the islanded operation mode,and multiple loads,as well as the influence of multivariate load on the safety protection for power distribution network,we proposed a divided-period adaptive overcurrent protection scheme based on time-varying characteristics of various influential factors.First,based on the fault output characteristic model of the grid connected DG,the characteristics of fault current in active distribution network were analyzed,and thus the effects of the above factors on the protection were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed.Then,combined with distributed intelligence and centralized intelligence,a divided-period adaptive overcurrent protection system was built based on hybrid hierarchical management mode,and the hardware principle and software algorithm of each part of the system were introduced in detail.Finally,the protection scheme was simulated based on the MATLAB software to verify the effectiveness and rationality of the proposed scheme.
