上海某社区老年人骨量异常与中医体质的相关性分析 被引量:2

Analysis of correlation between abnormal bone mass and constitution of traditional Chinese medicine in elderly people in a community of Shanghai

摘要 目的:分析老年人骨量异常与中医体质类型的关系。方法:利用超声骨密度仪对6 048名65岁以上的老年人进行骨密度测定,其中男性2 645名,平均年龄(72.96±5.25)岁;女性3 403名,平均年龄(73.03±5.37)岁。并依据《中医体质分类与判定》进行中医体质辨识,分析骨量异常者和骨量正常者体质类型的分布差异。结果:6 048例研究对象中,骨量异常者4 128例,占68.25%(骨质疏松23.41%,骨量减少44.84%),骨量正常者1 920例,占31.75%。骨量异常者和骨量正常者之间体质类型的分布差异有统计学意义(Z=19.618,P<0.001)。在骨量异常人群中,中医体质类型分布以阴虚体质最多,占比达到26.21%,其次分别为阳虚、血瘀、气虚体质,分别占19.06%、18.22%和16.11%。结论:骨量异常的发生与中医体质类型密切相关,阴虚、阳虚、气虚、血瘀体质是发生骨量异常的高风险因素。 Objective: To analyze the relationship between abnormal bone mass and constitutional types of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in the elderly. Methods: Bone mineral density(BMD) of 6 048 elderly people over 65 years old was measured by ultrasound bone densitometer, and among them there were 2 645 males with an average age of(72.96±5.25) years old and 3 403 females with an average age of(73.03±5.37) years old. According to the "classification and judgment of TCM constitution", the TCM constitution identification was carried out, and the differences in the distribution of physical types between those with abnormal bone mass and those with normal bone mass were analyzed. Results: Of the 6 048 subjects, 4 128 cases were abnormal bone mass, accounting for 68.25%(23.41% of osteoporosis, 44.84% of bone loss), and 1 920 cases of normal bone mass, accounting for 31.75%. There was a statistically significant difference in the distribution of constitutional types between those with abnormal bone mass and those with normal bone mass(Z=19.618, P<0.001). Among those with abnormal bone mass,Yin deficiency was the most common constitution type, accounting for 26.21%, followed by Yang deficiency, blood stasis and Qi deficiency, accounting for 19.06%, 18.22% and 16.11%, respectively. Conclusion: The occurrence of abnormal bone mass is closely related to the TCM constitutional type, and Yin deficiency, Yang deficiency, Qi deficiency and blood stasis constitutions are the high risk factors for abnormal bone mass.
