摘要
目的检测炎症性肠病(IBD)患者血清白介素-35(IL-35)和白介素-37(IL-37)水平,探讨活动期IBD患者血清IL-35、IL-37水平的相关性。方法选取2017年4月至2018年8月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的103例IBD患者,其中70例溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者(活动期45例、缓解期25例)作为UC组,33例克罗恩病(CD)患者(活动期18例、缓解期15例)作为CD组,选取同期60例健康体检者作为对照组。检测各组血清IL-35和IL-37水平。结果活动期和缓解期UC、CD组血清IL-35、IL-37水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),活动期UC、CD组血清IL-35和IL-37水平分别低于缓解期UC、CD组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。活动期IBD患者血清IL-35与IL-37水平呈正相关(r=0.875,P<0.05)。结论 IL-35和IL-37在IBD患者血清中表达水平较低,且参与IBD的发生发展。
Objective To detect the serum levels of interleukin-35(IL-35) and interleukin-37(IL-37) in patients with inflammatory bowl disease and explore the correlation between serum levels of IL-35 and IL-37 in patients with active IBD.Methods A total of 103 patients with IBD admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from April of 2017 to August of 2018 were selected. Among them, 70 patients with ulcerative colitis(UC)(45 cases in active stage and 25 cases in remission stage) were treated as UC group, 33 patients with Crohn’s disease(CD)(18 cases in active stage and 15 cases in remission stage) were treated as CD group. A total of 60 healthy physical examinees in the same period were selected as control group. The serum levels of IL-35 and IL-37 in each group were detected.Results The serum levels of IL-35 and IL-37 in UC and CD groups in active and remission stages were all lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). The serum levels of IL-35 and IL-37 in UC and CD groups in active stage were lower than those in UC and CD groups in remission stage, respectively, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). The serum IL-35 and IL-37 levels were positively correlated in patients with active IBD(r=0.875, P<0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of IL-35 and IL-37 in the serum of patients with IBD are lower, and they participate in the occurrence and development of IBD.
