摘要 针对立管水下关断阀维修成本高且存在恢复判定的难题,建立基于定量风险分析的水下关断阀风险分析系统,基于PARLOC统计数据库分析平台立管的泄露频率,计算其定量失效后果,运用FLACS软件进行火灾等事故后果分析,并结合海上风险可接受准则对水下关断阀进行风险等级分析;采用该系统实现了对水下关断阀恢复判定的准确分析,已成功运用到南海深水某油气生产平台。 A subsea shutdown valve risk assessment system based on quantitative risk analysis was established for the high cost of maintenance of the riser subsea shutdown valve. Based on the PARLOC statistical database,the leakage frequency and the quantitative failure consequences of the riser have been calculated. The FLACS software was used to analyze the accident consequences such as fire and explosion. The subsea shutdown valve risk level was assessed with the sea risk acceptance criteria. This system achieved an accurate assessment of the restoration decision analysis for subsea shutdown valve. This method has been successfully applied to an oil and gas production platform in the deep water of the south China sea.
