摘要
通过阅读《陈士铎医学全书》燥证的内容,从病因病机、治法治则、病案举隅三个方面进行阐述,总结归纳陈士铎辨治燥证的学术思想。病机上陈士铎提出“四燥”的概念,逐一进行说明,治法治则上提出注重肺肾双治、注重五行生克乘侮、固护脾胃、强调夏季养生调护,陈氏对燥证的辨治有着独特的经验,为临床治疗提供了重要的思路。
This study summarized the academic idea of CHEN Shiduo in the treatment of dryness syndrome, and elaborated it from three aspects of pathogenesis, the rule of treatment and the medical records after reading his medical books. CHEN Shiduo put forward the concept of "four dryness" and explained it one by one. In terms of the principle of the treatment, he paid attention to Lung and Kidney, the mutual generation and restriction of five elements, and consolidating Spleen and Stomach were also emphasized;he also focused on the health preservation in summer. His unique experience in the treatment of dryness syndrome provides important ideas for the clinical treatment.
