摘要
雷达天线驱动系统的作用是实现天线的既定动作,合理地计算天线系统的负载,才能设计出合适的驱动系统,避免驱动系统动力不足或设计余量过大。文中结合某型航管雷达实例,介绍雷达转台的风载荷、摩擦阻力和惯性载荷的计算方法;根据雷达使用工况,确定雷达一个工作周期内负载的均方根,并在考虑雷达使用环境和海拔的情况下合理选取动力系统和传动比,最终给出一套合理的驱动方案。
The role of the radar antenna driving system is to realize the action of the antenna. A reasonable calculation of the load of the antenna system can be used to design a suitable driving system, so as to avoid the insufficient power of the drive system or the oversize of the design allowance. This paper introduces the calculation method of wind load, frictional resistance and inertial load of radar turntable in combination with a certain type of air traffic radar. According to the working conditions of radar, the root mean square of load in one working cycle of radar is determined. Considering the environment and altitude of the radar, the power system and transmission ratio are reasonably selected, and a reasonable driving scheme is finally given.
