摘要
介绍了摩擦式出钢机的结构和工作原理,指出了传统摩擦式出钢机对于较长较重的坯料推杆易损等弊端,优化了出钢机的设计,结合某钢厂摩擦式出钢机的设计过程,分析确定了几项重点技术参数,为出钢机的设计提供了理论和应用指导。
The structure and working principle of friction-type slab discharging machine are introduced. This paper points out that the longer and heavier blanks in the traditional friction-type slab discharging machine are prone to damage push rod. The design of slab discharging machine is optimized. Combined with the design process of friction-type slab discharging machine of a steel mill, several key technical parameters are analyzed and determined, which provide theoretical and practical guidance for the design of slab discharging machine.
