价值工程自从创建以来,在世界发达国家中得到了广泛应用,并取得了显著成果。价值管理作为包括价值工程和价值分析在内的一门科学的管理方法,是导游前瞻性的管理理论和管理方法。工程项目价值管理是一种以价值为向导的有组织的创造性活动,他利用管理学的基本原理和方法,同时以最优的资源配置有效实现建设工程项目利益相关者的利益目标,最终实现项目利益各方最高满意度,提供工程项目的价值。
Since its establishment, value engineering has been widely used in developed countries and achieved remarkable results. As a scientific management method including value engineering and value analysis, value management is a forward-looking management theory and management method. The engineering project value management is an organized and creative activity guided by value. It uses the basic principles and methods of management science, and at the same time effectively realizes the interests of stakeholders of construction project with optimal resource allocation. Finally, the highest degree of satisfaction of all parties involved in the project is realized, and the value of the project is provided.
