摘要
通过对比封严间隙与主流交界面的网格匹配性对计算结果的影响,发现即使在做了网格无关性验证保证足够的网格密度情况下,封严面非匹配网格也会带来较大的数值插值误差,定常计算时,封严面匹配网格得到的封严效率比非匹配网格低8.5%,非定常计算时封严面匹配网格得到的封严效率比非匹配网格低14%,数值计算中封严面网格匹配性对计算结果的影响不可忽略,在工程计算中须对封严间隙内网格进行细致的划分以减小插值误差。
By comparing the effects of mesh matching strategy between sealing clearance and the mainstream interface on the numerical results,It is found that even if sufficient mesh density is guaranteed by mesh independence verification,unmatched mesh on sealing surface will bring large interpolation error.The sealing efficiency of matched mesh is 8.5%lower than that of the unmatched mesh for steady calculation.The sealing efficiency of matched mesh is 14%lower than that of the unmatched mesh for unsteady calculation.The effect of mesh matching strategy on numerical results cannot be ignored in numerical simulations.The mesh in sealing clearance should be partitioned carefully in engineering calculations in order to reduce the interpolation error.
