摘要
目的:评价中药外用治疗甲状腺肿的疗效及安全性。方法:计算机检索中国知网、维普期刊资源整合服务平台、万方数据库,查找中药外用治疗甲状腺肿的随机对照试验。2名研究者独立对纳入研究进行资料提取和方法学质量评价,采用Rev Man5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入12项研究,共781例患者。Meta分析结果显示:中药外用疗效优于西药治疗[OR=7.99,95%CI(2.65,24.06),P=0.000,1];中药外用加中药内服疗效优于西药治疗[OR=5.94,95%CI(2.93,12.03),P<0.000,01];中药外用加西药疗效优于单纯西药治疗[OR=8.31,95%CI(3.49,19.75),P<0.000,01]。结论:中药外用是治疗甲状腺肿的有效方法,仍需设计合理、执行严格、多中心、大样本的随机对照试验进一步验证。
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of external application of traditional Chinese medicine on goiter.Methods:Randomized controlled trials goiter of external application of Chinese herbal in treatment of goiter were collected from CNKI,VIP and Wan Fang Embase with computer.After selection and data extraction by two researchers independently,researches quality was evaluated,and the data was analyzed with Rev Man 5.2 software.Results:A total of 12 studies and 781 patients were included.Results of Metaanalysis showed that external application of Chinese herbal was better than western medicine[OR=7.99,95%CI(2.65,24.06),P=0.000,1];External application of Chinese herbal combined with oral Chinese medicine was better than Western medicine[OR=5.94,95%CI(2.93,12.03),P<0.000,01];The curative effect of combination of Chinese medicine and Western medicine was better than Western medicine[OR=8.31,95%CI(3.49,19.75),P<0.00001].Conclusion:External application of Chinese herbal plays a role in treating of goiter,but high quality researches need to be carried out for further research on the efficacy.
