摘要
目前脉诊存在的不足有:①脉诊术语及内涵模糊,表述不精确;②脉诊客观化还未形成统一的诊断标准,传统的脉诊主要依靠医生的经验进行判断分析,主观依赖性强,缺乏客观化、定量化的依据;③由于多种因素对人体脉象的影响,包括饮食、年龄和其他环境因素,如何有效消除这些干扰因素是脉诊标准化研究的难点;④目前使用的脉诊仪器种类较多,尚未形成统一的标准。针对上述问题当从以下几个方面来解决:首先,要进一步完善脉诊的相关技术,制定相应的国家、行业标准,以促进其发展与推广;运用现代科学方法对古代文献进行考查、论证、整理,对现代文献进行归纳、演释。去粗取精,去伪存真,为重组现代脉学理论打下基础。其次,应当加强全国各医疗科研单位的合作,严格设计调查方案和统一的标准操作规程。最后,积极推动多学科交流,培养复合型人才,促进脉诊标准的制定与发展,为临床、教学及科研提供参考。
At present,the shortcomings of pulse diagnosis are as follows:①The terms and connotations of pulse diagnosis are vague and inaccurate. The objectification of pulse diagnosis has not yet formed a unified diagnostic standard.②The traditional pulse diagnosis mainly relies on the experience of doctors for judgment and analysis,with strong subjective dependence and lack of objective and quantitative basis.③Due to the influence of many factors on human pulse,including diet,age and other environmental factors,how to effectively eliminate these interference factors is the difficulty of standardization research of pulse diagnosis.④ At present,there are many kinds of instruments in use,and no unified standard has yet been formed. In view of the above problems,the following aspects should be solved: First,we should further improve the relevant technology of pulse diagnosis, formulate relevant national and industrial technical standards to promote its development and promotion,use modern scientific methods to examine,demonstrate,collate ancient documents,and summarize and interpret modern documents. It lays a foundation for the reorganization of modern pulse theory. Secondly,we should strengthen the cooperation of medical research institutions in China,strictly design investigation plans and unified standard operating procedures. Finally,we should actively promote multi-disciplinary exchanges,cultivate interdisciplinary talents,promote the formulation and development of pulse diagnosis standards,and provide reference for clinical,teaching and scientific research.
