摘要
组织实施塑料薄膜水蒸气透过量测定能力验证项目,以评价检验机构对水蒸气透过量的检测能力。制备单一水平的能力验证用塑料薄膜样品,采用方差分析和直线拟合法分别评价样品的均匀性和短期运输稳定性。对参加实验室返回的能力验证结果进行统计分析,以z比分数评价参加实验室检测能力。结果表明:能力验证用样品均匀性和稳定性符合要求,满足能力验证计划要求。46家实验室参加塑料薄膜水蒸气透过量能力验证项目,满意数为36家,满意率为78.3%。多数实验室检测结果满意,部分实验室检测能力有待提高。
A proficiency testing program was conducted for determination of water vapor transmission of plastic film in order to evaluate the detection capacity of inspection agencies on the water vapor transportation. The single-level test sample was prepared for this program. The homogeneity of water vapor transmission of the plastic film was evaluated by between-group and withingroup tests, and assessed by one-way analysis of variance(ANOVA). The short-term stability experimental data of the plastic film was analyzed by linear regression to evaluate the stability of the plastic film using the slope changes of the linear curve. The results of determination of water vapor transmission in laboratories were analyzed by statistical analysis and the proficiency of the participant laboratories was evaluated by z score. The analysis results showed that the samples were homogeneous and stable which met the requirements of a proficiency testing program. Up to 46 laboratories participated in the program, among which 36 laboratories had satisfactory results with a 78.3% satisfactory rate. The majority of participant laboratories had satisfactory proficiency on determination on water vapor transmission, while the other laboratories’ testing capabilities needed to be improved.
