摘要
论述在掌握大数据概念与特点的基础上,探讨了适用于模具维修保养的资源库建设方案,资源库启用后,可对登记的模具使用情况进行实时数据监控,数据交换中心借助GPRS可以直接向云服务平台发出数据,由后者实施数据分析整理,并完善相关资源库档案,资源库可自行发布维修保养计划,并记录每次模具维修保养情况,对提升模具维修保养管理水平、延长模具使用寿命具有一定的参考作用。
On the basis of grasping the concept and characteristics of big data, the construction scheme of resource database suitable for die & mould maintenance was discussed. After the database enabled, the real-time data monitoring could be carried out on the usage of the registered die & mould. The data exchange center could send data directly to the cloud service platform by means of GPRS, which carried out data analysis and collation, and improve the relevant database files. The resource database could publish maintenance plan and record the maintenance situation of the die & mould each time, so as to improve the management level of the die & mould maintenance and prolong the service life of the die & mould.
