摘要
在CAM编程软件PowerMILL和Excel表格的基础上,论述创建编程策略模板、刀具切削参数标准化的方法及两者之间如何实现匹配关系,最终实现编程策略和切削参数的标准化,可为CAM行业编程标准化和自动化编程研究提供参考,此标准化方法和成果已运用于生产实际。
Based on the CAM programming software PowerMILL and Excel, the method that created the programming strategies template and the standardization of cutting parameters were discussed, and also described how to realize both of matching relationship. Finally, it realized the standardization strategy programming and cutting parameters, which could provide a reference for CAM industry programming standardization and automation programming study.
