摘要
采用超效率SBM模型,测算了2004~2015年中国大陆30个省市的工业生态效率,借助多元回归分析方法,基于正式环境规制与非正式环境规制交互视角,实证分析了两种规制对工业生态效率的影响。研究结果显示:正式环境规制对工业生态效率无显著影响,但其平方项的估计参数值显著为正,非正式规制显著促进生态效率;正式与非正式环境规制强度表现为此消彼长的替代关系,两种规制在对工业生态效率的改善作用中存在正向交互效应。
Using the Super-SBM model, the industrial eco-efficiency of 30 provinces in mainland of China during 2004~2015 is measured. By means of multiple regression analysis, based on the interaction between formal and informal environment regulation, the impact of different regulations on industrial eco-efficiency are analyzed. The results show that formal environmental regulation has no significant relationship with industrial eco-efficiency, however, the estimated parameter value of its squared term is significantly positive. Informal environmental regulation significantly promotes the industrial eco-efficiency. There is substitution relationship between the intensity of formal and informal environmental regulation, and positive interaction effect exists in the two regulations while improving industrial eco-efficiency.
