摘要
电商平台自建物流在配送时效及质量上优于第三方物流,但因成本问题使得覆盖网点受到业务规模的限制。为了降低偏远地区电商自建物流的配送成本,故在考虑第三方物流参与的基础上,对比了集成"干线运输"加"终端入户"的分段协同配送的四类合作模式。并基于此引入用户对物流服务的感知价值因素,分析了不同物流体系合作机制中因主导方不同而产生的绩效差异,构建出供应链整体的集中议价加收益分享模型。最后通过数值仿真探寻了不同物流体系合作的收益共享比例,对用户物流感知价值、利益相关者利润的影响过程,由此给出了电商整合自建物流与第三方物流企业服务的对策及建议。
The self-built logistics of e-commerce platform is superior to the third party logistics in delivery time and quality,but the coverage network is limited by the scale of business because of the cost issues.In order to reduce the delivery cost of the self-built logistics of e-commerce in remote areas,four mechanisms for the collaborative distribution of platform self-built and third party logistics with integrated"trunk transport"and"terminal delivery"are compared on the basis of considering the participation of third party logistics.Based on the introduction of the perceived value factors of the user to the logistics service,this paper analyzes the differences of performance between the two in the process of cooperation,and constructs the centralized decision and income sharing model of the supply chain as a whole.Finally,through numerical simulation,the income sharing ratio of different logistics system cooperation is explored,which affects the perceived value of users’logistics and the profit of stakeholders,so the countermeasures and suggestions for the integration of self-built logistics and the service of third party logistics enterprises by e-commerce are given.
