碳减排与汇率波动下的全球供应链采购策略研究 被引量:3

Research on sourcing Strategies of Global supply chain under Carbon Emission and Exchange Rate Fluctuation

摘要 全球采购与低碳发展背景下,碳排放与汇率风险是影响供应链采购决策的重要因素。本文建立混合整数随机规划模型,以包括管理成本、采购成本、运输成本、库存成本以及碳交易成本的总成本最小化为目标,研究碳减排交易机制下,产品固定碳排放量与汇率波动对供应商选择与订单分配的影响。结果表明,碳价格上升或者碳限额下降,都会增加制造商的采购成本;产品固定碳排放量的增加会促使制造商向低碳排放的供应商进行采购;汇率波动会使得制造商更多的向基准货币相对占优的外国供应商进行采购,以获得短期收益。同时,汇率波动的不确定性也会改变制造商的采购决策,相较于固定汇率的结算方式,浮动型汇率对制造商更为有利。 Under the background of global procurement and low carbon development,carbon emissions and exchange rate risk are important factors affecting purchasing decisions of supply chain.We model the problem using the mixed integer scenario-based stochastic programming method to analyze the effect of the fixed carbon emissions and exchange rate fluctuations on the supplier selection and order allocation under the carbon trading mechanism.The objective is to minimize the total system expected cost,including supplier management cost,purchased price,inventory cost,transportation cost,carbon trading cost.The results show that if the carbon price increases or the carbon limit decreases?the purchasing cost of the manufacturer will increase;the manufacturer prefer to purchase the product from the supplier with the low carbon emission when the fixed emission increases;and the exchange rate fluctuations will enable the manufacturer to purchase more from the foreign supplier who are relatively dominant in benchmark currencies in order to gain more profits.Meanwhile,the uncertainty of wave impact on supplier selection decision is different,compared with fixed exchange rate model,floating exchange rate model is more profitable.
