摘要
新时期实践育人在高校人才培养中的地位日益凸显,随着全面深化改革社会浪潮的不断推进,大学生尤其是研究生社会实践的改革创新迫在眉睫,对研究生实践创新能力的培养,关系到国家在未来全球科技竞争中的地位。教育部也倡导不断提高研究生实践育人体系的科学性和有效性,并推出有利于培养和提升研究生创新实践能力的平台和政策,特别是在全国推行"一流大学,一流学科"制度,将研究生培养作为创新人才培养的重中之重。文章以上海大学为例,对研究生实践育人体系的构建进行探索。
In the new era, the status of practical education in the training of talents in Colleges and universities is becoming increasingly prominent. With the continuous advancement of the comprehensive deepening of social reform, the reform and innovation of social practice of College students, especially graduate students, is imminent. The cultivation of practical innovation ability of graduate students is related to the position of the country in the future global scientific and technological competition. The Ministry of Education also advocates continuously improving the scientificity and effectiveness of the graduate practical education system, and puts forward platforms and policies conducive to the cultivation and promotion of graduate students’ innovative practical ability, especially in the implementation of the "first-class universities, first-class disciplines" system throughout the country, with the cultivation of graduate students as the top priority in the cultivation of innovative talents. Taking Shanghai University as an example, this paper explores the construction of postgraduate practical education system.
