摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的疗效。方法993例输卵管阻塞性不孕症患者,根据治疗方法的不同分为普通通液组(110例)、宫腔镜插管通液组(303例)、普通通液+中药治疗组(264例)、宫腔镜插管通液+中药治疗组(316例)。分析患者妊娠结局情况,并比较四组患者的临床治疗效果。结果随访2年,993例患者中总计妊娠950例,足月产874例,早产8例,葡萄胎1例,异位妊娠4例,自然流产20例,证实妊娠后失访43例。宫腔镜插管通液+中药治疗组患者的治疗总有效率99.7%显著高于普通通液组的88.2%、宫腔镜插管通液组的94.4%、普通通液+中药治疗组的97.7%,普通通液+中药治疗组的总有效率显著高于普通通液组、宫腔镜插管通液组,宫腔镜插管通液组的总有效率显著高于普通通液组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜插管通液结合中医综合治疗效果显著,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To discuss the efficacy of tubal factor infertility treated by integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Methods A total of 993 tubal factor infertility patients were divided by different treatment methods into general liquid intubation group (110 cases), hysteroscopy intubation group (303 cases), general liquid intubation + traditional Chinese medicine treatment group (264 cases), hysteroscopy intubation + traditional Chinese medicine treatment group (316 cases). The pregnancy outcomes of the patients were analyzed and the clinical treatment effects of the four groups were compared. Results Following up for 2 years, 950 pregnancies, 874 full-term pregnancies, 8 preterm births, 1 hydatidiform mole, 4 ectopic pregnancies and 20 spontaneous abortions were observed in 993 patients. 43 patients were confirmed to be lost after pregnancy. Hysteroscopy intubation + traditional Chinese medicine treatment group had significantly higher total treatment effective rate as 99.7% than 88.2% in general liquid intubation group, 94.4% in hysteroscopy intubation group and 97.7% in general liquid intubation + traditional Chinese medicine treatment group. General liquid intubation + traditional Chinese medicine treatment group had significantly higher total treatment effective rate than general liquid intubation group, hysteroscopy intubation group. Hysteroscopy intubation group had significantly higher total treatment effective rate than general liquid intubation group. Their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Hysteroscopy intubation combined with integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment shows significant effect, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
