摘要 结合安钢第二原料场的设计,介绍了智能环保原料场的新工艺、新技术及发展趋势。该原料场具备防风、防雨和防冻功能,每年可减少风、雨引起的物料流损95%以上,年节约物料损耗约4.33×104t,直接经济效益约2600万元/a。 In combination with the design of Angang second raw material stockyard, the new process, new technology and development trend of the environmental and intelligent raw material stockyard are introduced. The raw material stockyard has windproof,rainproof and anti-freezing functions,reducing the material flow loss caused by wind and rain by more than 95% every year, saving material consumption by about 4. 33× 10^4 t annually and achieving direct economic ben efits of about 26 million Yuan annually.
