摘要
目的:对比用米非司酮与孕三烯酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的效果。方法:将2015年1月至2018年1月期间绵阳市游仙区妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的100例子宫内膜异位症患者作为研究对象。将这100例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各有50例患者。为观察组患者使用米非司酮进行治疗,为对照组患者使用孕三烯酮进行治疗。然后,对比两组患者的治疗效果及治疗前后其血清糖抗原125(CA125)的水平,并对比两组患者在治疗期间不良反应的发生情况。结果:1)与对照组患者相比,观察组患者治疗的总有效率较高,P <0.05。2)治疗前,两组患者血清CA125的水平相比,P>0.05。与治疗前相比,治疗后,两组患者血清CA125的水平均降低,与对照组患者相比,观察组患者血清CA125的水平较低(P<0.05)。3)在治疗期间,与对照组患者相比,观察组患者不良反应的发生率较低,P <0.05。结论:与使用孕三烯酮相比,为子宫内膜异位症患者使用米非司酮进行治疗的效果更好,可显著降低其血清CA125的水平,且安全性较高。
Objective: To compare the efficacy of mifepristone and progesterone in the treatment of endometriosis. Methods: from January 2015 to January 2018, 100 cases of patients with endometriosis admitted to the maternal and child health and family planning service center in youxian district of mianyang city were studied. The 100 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 patients in each group. Patients in the observation group were treated with mifepristone, while those in the control group were treated with gestational trienone. Then, the therapeutic effect and serum glucose antigen 125 (CA125) levels of the two groups before and after treatment were compared, and the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups during treatment were compared. Results: 1) compared with the control group, the total effective rate of treatment was higher in the observation group (P < 0.05). 2) before treatment, serum CA125 levels in the two groups were compared, P > 0.05. Serum CA125 levels were lower in both groups after treatment than before treatment, and lower in the observation group than in the control group (P < 0.05). 3) during the treatment, compared with the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower, P < 0.05. Conclusion: compared with the use of progesterone, the use of mifepristone for the treatment of endometriosis is more effective, can significantly reduce the level of serum CA125, and has higher safety.
