摘要
带状疱疹后遗神经痛是常见的带状疱疹并发症之一,针灸治疗此病有其独特有效的治疗手段。为探寻针灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的诊疗思路,以期进一步提高治疗效果。通过归纳与总结近年关于针灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的文献资料,探讨如何从辨证分型、选穴配穴、特殊针法、综合疗法的选择等方面对带状疱疹后遗神经痛进行诊疗,同时梳理临床经验与实验研究进展,提出注重疗效评估与科研设计的重要性,需不断提高此意识,完善科研设计,明确科研设计的基本要素与原则,使其达到清晰直观、便于操作实施等要求,最终为临床提供准确合理的指导意见。以期为临床上使用针灸疗法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛提供靶向性诊疗思路。
Neuralgia after herpes zoster is one of the most common complications of herpes zoster. To explore the ideas of acupuncture and moxibustion, treatment of neuralgia after herpes zoster can in order to further improve the therapeutic effect. By summarizing the recent literature on acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of neuralgia after herpes zoster, this paper explores how to diagnose and treat this disease from the aspects of syndrome differentiation, selection of acupoints, special needling and selection of comprehensive therapy. This paper reviews the progress of clinical experience and experimental research, and points out the importance of paying attention to curative effect evaluation and scientific research design. It is necessary to continuously improve this awareness, improve scientific research design, clarify the basic elements and principles of scientific research design, so as to make it clear, intuitive, easy to operate and implement, and ultimately provide accurate and reasonable guidance for clinical practice and targeted diagnosis and treatment ideas for clinical use of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.
