摘要
目的:分析3.0T磁共振动态增强与DWI于肝结节性病变及小肝癌诊断中的运用。方法:选取我院2018年1~12月诊治的32例肝脏占位性病变患者,均经手术病理证实,其中肝结节性病变23例,小肝癌9例;对所有患者行3.0T磁共振动态增强和DWI检查,评价两种诊断方法及其联合诊断的运用价值。结果:同3.0T磁共振动态增强、DWI对比,二者联合检查在肝结节性病变与小肝癌诊断中的准确率(87.5%)、敏感性(95.2%)、特异性(72.7%)、阳性预测值(87.0%)、阴性预测值(88.9%)均明显升高。结论:3.0T磁共振动态增强与DWI联合检测用于肝结节性病变及小肝癌诊断的价值高,值得推行。
Objective:To analyze the application value of 3.0T magnetic resonance dynamic enhancement and DWI in the diagnosis of hepatic nodular lesions and small hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods:Thirty-two patients with hepatic space-occupying lesions diagnosed in the Hospital from January to December 2018 were selected and confirmed by surgical pathology, including 23 cases of hepatic nodular lesions and 9 cases of small hepatocarcinoma. 3.0T magnetic resonance dynamic enhancement and DWI imaging were performed on all patients to evaluate their diagnostic value the combined diagnostic value.Results:Compared with individual diagnosis by 3.0T magnetic resonance dynamic enhancement and DWI, the accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of the combined examinations in the diagnosis of hepatic nodular lesions and small hepatocellular carcinoma were significantly higher [(87.5%),(95.2%),(72.7%),(87.0%) and(88.9%) respectively.Conclusion:Combined examination of 3.0T magnetic resonance dynamic enhancement and DWI is with high value in the diagnosis of hepatic nodular lesions and small hepatocellular carcinoma, which is therefore, worthwhile to be popularized in clinical applications.
