摘要
目的:探讨经双腔球囊封堵宫颈法在子宫输卵管造影(Hysterosalpingography,HSG)检查中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2017年1月至2017年12月在我院放射科行HSG检查的380例患者的临床资料,均使用双腔球囊导管进行检查,分析检查结果。结果:380例患者中,双腔球囊封堵宫颈法占46.32%,双腔球囊封堵宫腔法占53.58%;两种造影方法中宫腔显影不全率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);双腔球囊封堵宫颈法中,造影剂外溢率、造影剂逆流率均低于双腔球囊封堵宫腔法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);双腔球囊封堵宫颈法中人工流产综合反应发生率低于双腔球囊封堵宫腔法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:于HSG检查中采用双腔球囊封堵宫腔法,利于减少并发症与不适感,是一种可靠、安全、有效以及值得推广的造影方法。
Objective:to evaluate the effect of double-chamber balloon occlusion of cervix in hysterosalpingography(Hysterosalpingography,HSG).Methods:the clinical data of 380 patients who underwent HSG from January 2017 to December 2017 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. The results were analyzed by using double-chamber balloon catheter.Results:among 380 patients, the double chamber balloon occlusion method was 46.32 and the double chamber balloon occlusion method 53.58. The rate of uterine cavity incomplete was different between the two methods. There was no significant difference(P > 0.05), and the overflow rate and countercurrent rate of contrast agent in the double chamber balloon occlusion method were lower than those in the double chamber balloon occlusion method(P < 0.05). The incidence of synthetic abortion in the double chamber balloon occlusion method was lower than that in the double chamber balloon occlusion method(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Dual-chamber balloon occlusion of uterine cavity in HSG is a reliable, safe, effective and worth popularizing method to reduce complications and discomfort.
