摘要
目的了解氨苄西林、四环素、呋喃妥因对胆结石来源纳米细菌的抗菌作用,为胆结石治疗提供新的思路。方法按照?íft?íoglu等采用的方法,分为纳米细菌药敏组、纳米细菌对照组、空白对照组,分别培养14 d后,用酶标仪(650 nm)连续多时段测定其吸光度,用药敏组与对照组的生长曲线偏差来测定每种药物的抑菌效果,并用微量稀释法进行MIC和MBC试验。结果药敏组纳米细菌生长曲线介于纳米细菌对照组与空白对照组之间。无抗菌药物环境再培养14 d,药敏组纳米细菌的生长幅度低于纳米细菌对照组,纳米细菌的生长速度与抗菌药物作用的浓度呈反比。3种抗菌药物的MIC值分别为四环素1.95μg/ml、氨苄西林7.8μg/ml、呋喃妥因3.9μg/ml。结论氨苄西林、四环素、呋喃妥因对纳米细菌生长均具有抑制作用,是抑菌剂。
Objective To study the antibacterial effect of ampicillin, tetracycline and nitrofurantoin to nanobacteria from gallstones, so as to provide a new idea for gallstone treatment. Methods According to Ciftcioglu's methods, the group was divided into susceptibility group, nanobacteria control group, blank control group, and then they were cultured for 14 days. Microplate reader(650 nm) absorbance was measured in multiple times, standard growth curve deviation was used to determine the therapeutic effect of each drug, and MIC and MBC methods were used to determine antimicrobial agents and microbicidal agents. Results The growth value of nanobacteria in susceptibility group was between the nanobacteria control and the blank control group. The growth rate of nanobacteria of susceptibility group was lower than that in the control group after 14 days of culture in the non-antimicrobial environment. The MIC values of the three antimicrobial agents were 1.95 μg/ml, 7.8 μg/ml and 3.9 μg/ml of tetracycline, ampicillin and nitrofurantoin, respectively. Conclusion Ampicillin, tetracycline and nitrofurantoin inhibit the growth of nanobacteria, and they are bacteriostatic agents.
