摘要
我国高校实行的是党委领导下的校长负责制,党建工作扎实到位,高校各方面发展才能平稳顺畅。加强高校师德师风建设必须以党的建设为指导,充分发挥党组织的核心作用;以党建工作促师德师风教育,有效推进教师展现出良好的职业道德和师资风范,从而真正推进新时代高校教育事业的创新发展。
The principal's responsibilitysystemunder the leadership of the PartyCommittee is practiced inChinese universities.Onlywhen the Partyconstructionwork is in place, can all aspectsof the development of universities be steadyand smooth. In order to strengthen the construction of teachers' ethics in colleges and universities,wemust take the Party's construction as the guidance and give full play to the core role of the Party organization.
