摘要
目的探究关节镜诊治运动性膝关节损伤临床疗效。方法选取该院2017年4月-2018年4月期间收治的运动性膝关节损伤患者80例,将其按照不同的入院时间分为对照组(40例)、观察组(40例),对照组膝关节损伤患者实施常规开放性手术治疗,观察组膝关节损伤患者实施关节镜治疗,比较两组膝关节损伤患者的临床疗效、膝关节评分、术后生活质量。结果观察组总有效率97.50%高于对照组82.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.000 0,P=0.0253。两组患者治疗前膝关节功能评分分别为(42.86±3.50)分、(42.59±3.29)分,差异无统计学意义(t=0.355 4P=0.723 2)。实施治疗后,观察组膝关节功能评分为(93.20±4.08)分、对照组为:(87.44±4.52)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.982 7 P=0.000 0)。术后6个月观察组生活质量为(21.90±1.88)分高于对照组(18.75±1.75)分(t=7.756 5,P=0.000 0)。结论对运动性膝关节损伤患者实施关节镜治疗效果十分明显。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of arthroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of sports knee joint injury. Methods A total of 80 patients with exercise-induced knee joint injury admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were divided into control group(40 cases) and observation group(40 cases) according to different admission time. The patients with knee joint injury in control group were treated with routine open surgery, while those in observation group were treated with arthroscopy. The clinical efficacy, knee score and quality of life after operation were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%, which was higher than that of the control group, 82.50%. The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.000 0,P=0.025 3).Before treatment, the knee joint function scores of the two groups were(42.86±3.50)points and(42.59±3.29)points.There was no statistical significance(t=0.355 4, P=0.723 2). After treatment, the knee joint function score of the observation group was(93.20±4.08)points and that of the control group was(87.44±4.52)points, and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.982 7, P=0.000 0). Six months after operation, the quality of life in the observation group was(21.90 ±1.88)points, which was higher than that in the control group(18.75 ±1.75)points,(t =7.756 5, P =0.000 0).Conclusion The effect of arthroscopic treatment on patients with sports knee joint injury is obvious.
