摘要
目的探究腹部手术后腹腔粘连的预防方式及其应用效果。方法回顾性分析自2016-2017年在该院接受腹部手术治疗的患者,共计108例,随机将患者分为试验组和对照组两组,各有54例患者,对照组手术完成后对脏器进行生理盐水冲洗,试验组手术结束后关腹前对其应用医用透明质酸钠预防肠粘连,对比两组患者预防肠粘连效果。结果试验组肠鸣音恢复时间:(1.2±0.5)d、腹胀缓解时间:(2.4±0.6)d、肛门排气时间:(1.1±0.4)d、住院时间:(9.4±2.5)d,明显短于对照组(t=10.126 2、P=0.000 1;t=10.598 1、P=0.000 1;t=12.780 8、P=0.000 1;t=5.1015、P=0.000 1);试验组腹腔粘连程度优于对照组,即0级:30例(χ^2=12.623 4、P=0.000 4);Ⅱ级:4例(χ^2=11.188 2、P=0.000 8);Ⅲ级:2例(χ^2=6.000 0、P=0.014 3)。结论对腹部手术患者于术后应用透明质酸钠能够有效降低腹腔粘连发生率,具有理想的腹腔粘连预防效果。
Objective To explore the preventive methods of abdominal adhesion after abdominal surgery and its application effect. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 108 patients who underwent abdominal surgery in our hospital from 2016 to 2017. The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 54 patients in each group. The effect of sodium on preventing intestinal adhesion was compared between the two groups. Results The recovery time of bowel sounds in the experimental group(1.2±0.5)d, the time of bloating relief(2.4±0.6)d, the time of anus exhaust(1.1±0.4)d, and the length of hospital stay(9.4±2.5)d, were obviously shorter than those in the control group(t=10.126 2, P=0.000 1;t=10.598 1, P=0.000 1;t=12.780 8, P=0.000 1;t=5.101 5, P=0.000 1). The experimental group had better abdominal adhesion than the control group, ie 0: 30 cases(χ^2=12.623 4, P=0.000 4);grade Ⅱ: 4 cases(χ^2=11.188 2, P=0.000 8);Ⅲ level: 2 cases(χ^2=6.000 0, P=0.014 3). Conclusion The application of sodium hyaluronate after abdominal surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of abdominal adhesions, and has an ideal preventive effect on abdominal adhesions.
