摘要
建筑行业的快速发展对建设项目工程造价管控提出了更高的要求,施工阶段作为整个工程的重要组成部分,更是控制的重点。本文以项目施工阶段的造价控制作为研究对象,从建设单位的角度出发,结合具体项目数据,运用灰色关联分析理论对施工阶段造价影响因素进行分析,对有效控制工程造价提出合理化建议,为今后建设项目施工阶段造价控制提供有益的参考。
With the rapid development of construction,the cost of engineering management and the control of construction project become more and more significant.Meanwhile,the stage of construction is a crucial part of the whole project,which need engineer put enough attention.This thesis takes the control of the project construction stage as the research object.From the perspective of the construction unit,combining with the specific project data and using the grey correlation analysis to analyze the influences of the cost of construction stage.Some suggestions on effective control of engineering cost are put forward.It can provide some useful reference for the cost control of construction project in the future.
