摘要
为了加快推广西北寒旱地区铁路路基绿色施工,优选绿色施工方案,根据《绿色建筑评价标准》、西北地区自然特征以及西北地区铁路路基施工组织设计,科学合理地构建出针对西北寒旱地区铁路路基绿色施工水平的多层次评价指标体系。利用层次分析法和熵权法相结合的主客观综合赋权法,使评价指标权重得到合理分配,既兼顾到西北地区生态环境的突出问题,同时又力争减少赋权的主观随意性,使赋权结果合理、可靠。最后,将组合赋权结果运用于TOPSIS模型进行决策分析,高效合理地评判出各施工方案关于西北寒旱地区铁路路基的绿色施工水平,为西北地区优选路基绿色施工方案提供了理论依据,进而提高西北地区交通行业的可持续发展水平。
In order to popularize the green construction of railway subgrade in the cold and dry area of northwest China,choose a green construction plan,according to the "green building evaluation standard",the natural characteristics of northwest region and the railway subgrade construction organization and design in northwest region,the multi-level evaluation index system for the railway subgrade green construction level in cold and arid regions in northwest China is constructed reasonably and scientifically.The comprehensive weighting method,which combines the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) with the entropy weight method,can reasonably allocate the weight of the evaluation index.It not only takes into account the prominent problems of the ecological environment in northwest China,but also strives to reduce the subjective arbitrariness of weighting,so as to make the weighting result reasonable and reliable.Finally,the combined weighting results are applied to the TOPSIS model for decision analysis.The green construction level of the railway subgrade in the cold and arid region of northwest China is evaluated efficiently and rationally,which provides the theoretical basis for the optimal green construction scheme of the railway subgrade in northwest China.Then it enhances the northwest region transportation industry sustainable development level.
