摘要
充水式潜水电机转子水磨耗占电机机械损耗的绝大部分,但至今还没有比较简单实用的计算方法。在理论分析和大量试验的基础上,找出了影响转子水磨耗的主要因素,研究、总结了比较实用的转子水磨耗的计算方法并在设计和生产中得到了验证和应用。
Water abrasion of the rotor in water-filled submersible motor takes majority of mechanical loss of the motor. However, there is not a simple and practical method to calculate the water abrasion. Based on theoretical analysis and a large number of experiments, the main factors affecting water abrasion of the rotor were studied, and the calculation method for water abrasion of the rotor was proposed. This method was verified and employed in practical design and production.
