终身学习视域下全媒体教材的满意度研究

摘要 终身学习时代背景下,宁波广播电视大学自主研发全媒体教材,发放给终身学习者。以《说好普通话》全媒体教材为例,为调研对其满意度情况,自制满意度问卷对102位宁波社区大学老年学员进行调查,调查发现:学员对于全媒体教材满意度与持续使用意图较强;人口学变量对于全媒体教材使用效果等没有显著影响;全媒体教材设计三个主要影响因素是指导性、知识性、易用性,对教材使用效果具有显著的预测作用;最后提出全媒体教材学员满意度模型。 In the background of life-long learning,Ningbo Radio and Television University self-developed all-media textbooks and distributed them to life-long learners.In order to investigate the satisfaction rate,102 senior students of Ningbo Community College are surveyed by the self-satisfaction questionnaire.The survey indicates that the students have strong satisfaction and intention for the continuous use and the demographic variables do not significantly affect the use of the materials.The three main influencing factors of the material design are guidance,knowledge and ease of use,which have a significant predictive effect on the material use.Finally,the satisfaction model of the all-media teaching materials is proposed.
