摘要
白羽的武侠小说写作历程是由不自信走向自信,由应付走向自觉,最终写出了自家的特色,被后世研究者称为“社会反讽派武侠小说”。小说形式虽旧,但白羽的思想、文学技术都是清新健全的,而且随着创作走向自觉,他的思想和技巧逐渐贯彻到人物和故事的构造之中,同时他的主体意识在表现人性的故事中得到了充分的展示。因此他写武侠不为“打斗”所囿,能写出人性之复杂、社会之险恶、理想之可笑与人生之无常,这无疑提升了武侠小说的意涵,而具有了现代小说的品质。白羽的武侠小说之所以呈现出这种面貌,除了他掌握人物视点、“副局部扩大”、反讽等现代小说技法之外,更在于他在创作走向自觉后逐渐有了重构武侠小说的冲动。这种重构就是要在武侠故事中强化主体意识和浸润生命体验,用白羽的话说,就是“写文章,必须拿出良心热血”。
Bai Yu’s writing process of martial arts novel began with inadequate confidence and ended up with self-confidence,and started by coping with self-consciousness,and finally developed his own writing characteristics,which is called social irony martial arts novel by later researchers.Although the form of the novel is old,Bai Yu’s thought and literary techniques are fresh and sound.As his creation moves towards self-consciousness,his thoughts and skills were gradually implemented into the structure of the characters and the stories,and his subjective consciousness was fully demonstrated in the stories that reveal human nature.Therefore,he not only depicted“fighting scenes”but also wrote about the complexity of human nature,the viciousness of society,the ridiculousness of ideals and the impermanence of life,which undoubtedly improves the significance of martial arts fiction,and embodies the quality of modern fiction.The reason why Bai Yu’s swordsman fiction bears this characteristic is that besides his mastery of modern fiction techniques such as the characters’viewpoints,“sub-local expansion”and irony,he gradually had the impulse to reconstruct the swordsman fiction after his creation became conscious.This kind of reconstruction is to strengthen the subject consciousness and to infiltrate the life experience into the martial arts stories.In Bai Yu’s words,“to write articles,we must show our conscience and blood”.
