企业管理中新兴媒体的作用和运用措施

摘要 本文首先探讨了企业管理中运用新兴媒体的作用。其次,指出了企业在运用新兴媒体过程中存在企业管理不重视新兴媒体、新兴媒体的运用能力低、配置的设备不完善、没有妥善处理新兴媒体与传统媒体间的关系等问题。最后,针对相关问题提出了提升企业对新兴媒体的重视、提升运用新兴媒体的能力、合理的配备新兴媒体设施、妥善处理传统媒体与新兴媒体间的关系等措施,以期为提高企业管理水平,促进企业的可持续进步与发展提供相应参考。 This paper first discusses the role of new media in enterprise management.Secondly,it points out that in the process of using emerging media in enterprises,there are some problems such as lack of attention paid by enterprises to new media,the low ability of using new media,the imperfection of equipment,and the improper handling of the relationship between new media and traditional media.Finally,this paper puts forward some measures to solve the relevant problems including improving the enterprise’s attention to emerging media,enhancing the ability of using emerging media,rationally equipping new media facilities,and properly handling the relationship between traditional media and emerging media,so as to provide corresponding reference for improving the level of enterprise management and promoting the sustainable progress and development of enterprises.
