摘要
阐述了不同阳离子和硫酸盐对硅酸盐水泥氯离子固化性能的影响,硅酸盐水泥的氯离子固化率影响由小到大排列为Na^+<K^+<Mg^2+<Ca^2+,它与对pH值的影响呈负相关,Ca^2+和Mg^2+降低了水泥浆体的pH值,利于氯离子的固化;K^+和Na^+提高了水泥浆体的pH值并减少氯离子固化。当氯离子浓度恒定时,Na^+浓度的增加对水泥浆体中F盐的生成及氯离子固化率影响不大;Mg^2+浓度的增加提高了水泥浆体中生成F盐的量及氯离子固化率。
The effects of different cations and sulphates on the curing properties of chloride ions in Portland cement were described. The curing rate of chloride ions in Portland cement ranged from small to large in the order of Na^+<K^+<Mg^2+<Ca^2+. The effect of Ca^2+ and Mg^2+ on the pH value of cement paste is negatively correlated, which is helpful to increase the pH value of cement paste and decrease the cure value of chloride ion. When the concentration of chloride ion is constant, the increase of Na + concentration has little effect on the formation of F salt and the solidification rate of chloride ion in cement paste, while the increase of Mg^2+ concentration increases the amount of F salt and the solidification rate of chloride ion in cement paste.
