摘要
化疗相关性恶心呕吐是肿瘤化疗最常见的副反应之一,常导致患者对化疗的依从性降低,生活质量及化疗实施受到严重影响,最终影响了治疗效果.本文就化疗相关性恶心呕吐的分类、机制、药物防治和非药物防治方法等方面进行综述.
Chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV) is one of the most common side effects of chemotherapy. CINV often lead to the decline of patients' compliance with chemotherapy, which seriously affects the quality of life and the implementation of chemotherapy, thus affecting the curative effect. The classification, mechanism, drug control and non-drug control methods of CINV were reviewed in this paper.
