摘要
对某供水公司开展安全现状评价,对该企业危险化学品、重大危险源、生产过程中的危险有害因素进行了辨识,采用安全检查表评价法对企业厂址、总平面布置和周边环境,氯气使用,工艺、设备,电气,消防,安全管理的现状进行检查,并采用事故后果分析法和作业条件危险性分析法进行了风险评价。通过综合分析评价得出结论:该供水公司安全风险可控,可满足安全生产要求。
The safety situation of a water supply company was evaluated. The hazardous chemicals, major danger sources, and hazardous and harmful factors in the production process of the company were identified. Safety inspection forms were used to evaluate the present safety situation in aspects of the location of the company, general layout, surrounding environment, use of chlorine gas, process, equipment, electrical appliances, fire control, and safety management. The risk was assessed by accident consequences analysis and operational conditions risk analysis. A conclusion that the safety risk of the water supply company can be controlled and the company meets the requirements of safe production was obtained through comprehensive analysis and evaluation.
